The machine is the special equipment for manufacturing thermal bridging profile. With three groups of carbine hobbing wheel, it is used to press and fasten the profile with thermal bridging strips.

Adjust the hobbing cutter into the notch of profiles and draw the profile by rotating the cutter, and thus press and fasten the two sides of the profile

Profiles with teethStrip insertion.The Strip inserting machine adopts special gear four-drive, inserting tow thermal barrier strips accurately in slot of aluminum profiles through guiding slots.With adjustable inserting speed, it is easy and flexible in operation, greatly increasing production efficiency.

The strips will not be worn during insertion, and each finished bridge-cut-off thermal barrier profiles feature consistent shearing force at the head, middle and end.
